Key Responsibilities
Greet and register patients, manage appointments, and maintain records.
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and correspondence.
Coordinate with doctors and departments for schedules and changes.
Manage cash, refunds, cancellations, and cost estimates.
Monitor patient flow, waiting times, and collect feedback.
Prioritize urgent cases and ensure clear communication.
