Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to patient enquiries from the website and marketing campaigns, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
Guide patients through their journey with Damira, addressing any questions and concerns to create a positive, stress-free experience.
Coordinate with practice teams to accurately schedule appointments, manage booking needs, and confirm details.
Oversee deposit and payment processes, following up with patients to ensure timely payments before appointments.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions for follow-up and future reference.
Regularly communicate with the Patient Care Manager, providing updates on enquiries, bookings, and patient feedback to improve service quality.
Performance Expectations
Provide prompt, professional responses to all patient enquiries.
Coordinate effectively with practice teams to streamline appointment scheduling and payment processes.
Maintain regular communication with the Patient Care Manager to report progress, challenges, and insights on the patient journey.
