the hours are a bit flexible!

Either -

Monday 1.30pm-6.30pm

Wednesday 08.30am-1.30pm OR 1.30-6.30pm

We can be flexible on the start date for the right candidate Overtime can be offered if you want it

Our ideal candidate needs to be able to cover holiday and sick for our other team members. In terms of holiday cover it can be up to 5 long days per year (although everyone helps each other!). This is a permanent position subject to probation period. You will get pro rata holiday pay.

We are on our 'A' game and are looking for our 'A player'. We are expanding and need a new team member for our Patient Relationship Team.

We are looking for someone with:

Compassion and empathy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exemplary customer/patient service Proficient time management qualities Attention to detail is absolutely essential
And who is:

Eager to learn Teachable Adaptable Keen to be part of a vibrant team Willing to accept constructive feedback
Skills/ Experience:

Excellent Computer skills and a professional phone manner are a must.

Healthcare reception experience is preferred but not essential.

Good organisational skills essential. A can do attitude and the ability to prioritise and work independently essential.

This position is currently based in Frimley Green. We will be moving to Frimley High Street in early/mid 2026.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.30-12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
