The Role
You will be the first point of contact for many of our patients. Your job is simple and important: turn incoming enquiries into booked appointments and guide people toward the treatments that will change their lives.
Key responsibilities
Convert incoming leads from phone, email, social media and the website into appointments.
Build rapport with potential patients and understand what they need.
Use our CRM to manage leads, follow up efficiently and track conversion performance.
Work closely with the clinical and admin teams to keep the patient journey seamless.
Report on sales activity and identify opportunities to improve results.
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
What You Bring
Experience in sales or a similar role within a service based setting.
Clear, warm and confident communication across phone, email and in person.
A results focused mindset and the drive to go beyond targets.
Comfortable using CRM systems and following a structured sales process.
A friendly, proactive approach and the ability to reassure and guide patients.
Knowledge of dental treatments is helpful but not essential. Full training is provided.
