As the Patient Services Operations Manager, you will lead a growing team of Patient Service Administrators (PSAs) and Nurse Planning Coordinators within an evolving business.


Key responsibilities of the service include providing an effective end-to-end service for patients referred to the business from our client hospitals across England, Scotland and Wales. This will include initial patient registration on Pharmaxo systems, patient contact to introduce the service and the arranging of delivery of medication, and nurse treatment services to patients homes on a repeat basis.


The nature of service being provided necessitates that the team delivers a complex array of operational processes effectively with professionalism and compassion to ensure the patient always comes first. Quality of delivery is key as is the drive to evolve to reduce the complexity of service delivery and background administrative activity.
