Are you a natural leader with a passion for empowering others and driving team success? We're looking for a proactive and supportive Team Leader to oversee daily operations and guide a group of customer service professionals. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure team members have the skills, confidence, and direction they need to deliver an exceptional service to the service users on our health and wellbeing programmes.
As Team Leader, you'll take charge of task delegation, performance monitoring, and day-to-day supervision, while fostering a positive and productive work environment. You'll champion professional development, nurture collaboration, and inspire your team to meet and exceed their goals.
