About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly, collaborative and high-performing Payouts team.
You will play a crucial role in our customer's car purchasing journey; supporting the transfer of funds between customers, lenders and dealers in a timely and effective manner. You'll be liaising with internal teams, nationwide dealerships and our extensive lender panel, as well as working with our CRM (Autoconvert) and Excel.

Step 1 - Junior Payouts Administrator
(25,000 starting salary)
You'll gain in-depth training and hands-on experience in all areas of the payouts process.
Step 2 - Payouts Administrator
(up to 27,500)
After demonstrating consistent performance, accuracy, and communication skills, you'll progress to Payouts Administrator. This step comes with added responsibilities, autonomy, and a salary increase.
Step 3 - Payouts Specialist
(up to 30,000)
With further experience and strong performance metrics, you'll have the opportunity to move into a Payouts Specialist position. This role involves taking ownership of complex cases, helping develop team best practices, and playing a more strategic part in the team's success.
We'll support you at each step of the way with coaching, feedback, and development plans tailored to your goals.
Responsibilities
Assisting with the loan payout process while ensuring compliance with CL365 policies and FCA regulations
Handling a high volume of calls
Communicating with both customers and dealers
Ensuring all necessary documents are correctly completed and submitted for payout processing
Keeping up to date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices
What we're looking for
Some experience in an administrative role - we're very open to background, we're focused on the right attitude and mindset
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skill
Great communication skills; the ability to build rapport over the phone with customers, lenders and dealerships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation management
Details
Base salary of 25,000 + comms
Working pattern: 09:30 - 18:00, 5 days per week, Monday - Saturday (you will receive a rota'd weekday off should you work a Saturday)
28 days holiday (bank holidays are not automatically booked off and are granted on a first come first served basis) + 1 additional day off for your birthday
