Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with basic payroll processing. Maintain purchase and sales ledger records (basic). Perform data input and financial record-keeping. Handle cash transactions and reconciliation. Use Sage accounting software (experience required). Prepare reports using Excel & Word. Manage telephone enquiries professionally. Support with general accounting and office administration duties.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits.

About You:

Experience in an accounts assistant or similar role. Proficient in Sage, Excel, and Word. Strong telephone and communication skills. Highly trustworthy and detail-oriented. Able to handle cash transactions confidently. Comfortable working in a small but growing company.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent.

Pay

: 12.50-13.50 per hour.

Expected hours:

37.5 per week.
