Shucksmith Accountants is an accountancy practice in Scunthorpe, Brigg and Gainsborough. We provide Accounting, Tax & Business advisory services to small & medium businesses throughout the United Kingdom.
Our growing company is seeking a Payroll Apprentice to join our team. This role will be based on reception so will include administration aspects and greeting clients also.
Role:
Process, maintain and submit accurate payroll information and records as required
Calculating and processing of deductions including PAYE, Tax, NI, SSP, SMP;
Prepare and maintain appropriate payroll reports to the Accounts Department.
Supporting and responding to clients promptly
General office administrator duties inclusive of telephone answering and filing and Scanning
During the Level 3 Payroll Administration Apprentice you will receive ongoing support from Shucksmiths and the apprenticeship provider
Upon successful completion of the level 3 payroll apprenticeship this can lead to a permanent role.
The role will be for 35.5 hours per week. This being Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 3pm.
