Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. We use PAYROLLMANAGER100 software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and pension processing and human resources, with proficiency in various accounting software and systems. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations, compliance with regulations, and effective communication with employees regarding their payroll inquiries.

Responsibilities



Process payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status. Perform data entry tasks related to payroll, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate. Collaborate with the accounting department to manage accounts payable related to payroll expenses. Generate payroll reports for management analysis and assist in audits as required. XERO software is used to journal all payroll & pension summaries. Provide support to employees regarding payroll and pension inquiries and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Conduct regular analysis of payroll data to identify trends or issues that may need addressing.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role within human resources or accounting. Proficiency in PAYROLLMANAGER100 software and Xero. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with accounts payable processes and relevant legislation. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A solid understanding of human resources principles and practices is advantageous. Pay: 7,000.00-14,500.00 per year
