The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Duties
Ensure accurate data entry related to employee hours, deductions, and benefits
Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies promptly
Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with data protection policies
Support human resources functions related to payroll administration
Collaborate with finance to streamline payroll procedures
Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting software and data entry procedures
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
Analytical skills for interpreting payroll data and resolving discrepancies
Familiarity with compliance requirements
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
