Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, and maintaining payroll records. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong data entry skills and experience with various accounting and Money Soft software systems to contribute to the smooth operation of our organisation's payroll functions.

Duties



Process employee payroll using systems such as Money Soft platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Manage data entry related to employee hours, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll components. Oversee accounts payable related to payroll expenses, ensuring timely payments to employees and third-party providers. Reconcile payroll data with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar programmes. Maintain comprehensive payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist with year-end reporting, tax filings, and audits related to payroll activities. Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies or anomalies and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with human resources to update employee information and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications



Proven experience working with payroll systems such as Money Soft, QuickBooks platforms. Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks or equivalent programmes. Proficiency in using MS Excel and Macros Strong data entry skills with high accuracy levels. Experience in accounts payable processes related to payroll. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Analytical skills for interpreting payroll data and resolving discrepancies efficiently. Knowledge of human resources procedures and employment legislation is desirable. Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is preferred. Pay: From 12.21 per hour
