Overview:

Payroll Administrator | Part-time 24 hours per week | Flexible hours | Chichester | West Sussex

Due to rapid growth, we are on the lookout for a Payroll Administrator to join our busy Team in Chichester, West Sussex. You will support the Payroll team by managing the day-to-day administrative tasks related to our Payroll processes. This role involves assisting with the new starter process, right to work checks, reference letters, filing payroll paperwork, & occasional reception cover. We are ideally looking for candidates who have administration experience working within busy Payroill or HR teams, but this is not essential.

This role offers flexible working, requiring 24 hours per week, spread across 3 or 4 days during a Monday to Friday working week. While we are open to flexible start and finish times, they must align with our core business hours. Please note; Salary for this position is 25,500, Pro-Rata, based on 24 hours per week.

Coordinating Proof of Identity and right to work checks for new starters Data entry on the payroll system Maintaining collegue payroll data on our HR systems Supporting the new starter process Onboarding new starters General administrave tasks

Skills & Experience

An ability to manage and prioritize tasks and workload Excellent attention to detail Can work at pace and remain resilient Previous expeience of Word & Excel would be an advantage Experience of working to deadlines
