I am seeking a part-time with flexible hours Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processes for a client accountant. The job entails running monthly payrolls together with year end annual payrolls. In total there is about 85 clients but most of them are companies with single or two Directors. I am willing to teach a suitable candidate.
This role requires reliability, common sense, a willingness to learn and the ability to explain matters to confused clients.
Responsibilities
Process payroll using Brightpay Cloud.
Organise and file monthly pensions where appropriate.
Assist with year-end reporting and compliance requirements.
Analyse payroll data to identify trends or issues that may require attention or process improvements.
Be prepared to investigate, identify and solve problems that may arise
Requirements
All our clients at any time may require advice and explanations as most of them have very little knowledge.
Organised approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
This role would suit someone who is looking for a flexible part time job with responsibility for complying with all HMRC deadlines
