Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a dynamic and vibrant company to that values your payroll expertise? We're seeking a detail-oriented and career focussed Payroll Administrator to work alongside the Payroll Manager processing multiple UK and international payrolls.

Working within a friendly team ensuring that payrolls are processed accurately and on time, supporting a smooth and efficient payroll function.

What you'll be doing:



End-to-End Payroll Processing:

Ownership of the administration and processing of monthly payrolls, ensuring that salary payments are made accurately and on time.

Onboarding/Offboarding:

Dealing with starters and leavers, P45's/P46's, ensuring all relevant information is processed correctly.

Pensions & Benefits:

Assist with managing company benefits, including healthcare and cycle-to-work schemes, and administration of pension plans.

Year-End Processes:

Provide support international payroll year-end processes, ensuring all compliance and tax requirements are met.

Employee Record Management:

Maintain employee records keeping data up to date, including tax details, bank information, and addresses changes

Payroll Queries:

Be the go-to point of contact for payroll-related queries, providing clear, timely, and professional advice/support.

Confidentiality and Accuracy:

Maintain strict confidentiality, ensuring all payroll data is processed with the highest level of accuracy and professionalism.

What we're looking for:



Experience:

Minimum 2 years payroll experience processing both small and high volume payrolls and employee benefits.

Tech Savvy:

Knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll (training can be provided). Ideally knowledge of Excel

Attention to Detail:

Able to work to deadlines, thriving in a fast moving, high-volume environment and never compromising on accuracy.

Communication Skills:

Possess excellent communication skills able to interact confidently with colleagues at all levels.

Confidentiality & Trust:

You comprehend the importance of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll information.

Problem Solving:

Quickly identify issues and practical solutions, whilst maintaining high standards of work.
