What will you be doing?





As a Payroll Administrator for BES Group, you will be part of a fast-moving, private equity backed business, embracing a period of exciting growth that will see additional payrolls added to our central payroll platform as we integrate from outsourced providers.



You will:


Paying all staff correctly, on a monthly basis Input of permanent and temporary payroll data Working closely with HR to ensure all payroll changes are processed Producing Bacs reports for net pay Ensuring that correct payments are made, and appropriate information is provided to the company pension schemes and other third parties Submission of FPS / EPS to HMRC Producing payroll reconciliation reports Monthly variance reporting as part of payroll sign off process Employee payroll queries Preparation and submission of annual P11D forms Manage the full end-to-end payroll process

As part of our team, you will get:

To join our team, you will need:




Have experience in key parts of the process with a desire to learn more Experience working with payroll software (iTrent system desirable but not essential) Ability and experience in dealing effectively with payroll related queries and data requests. Good working knowledge of pensions Strong Microsoft Excel skills Inquisitive & analytical thinker Attention to detail is essential Deadline-driven Excellent communication skills Proactive problem solving skills
