The Role:





This newly established role has been created to support VetPartners Ireland with its payroll reporting obligations. The primary focus will be on collating and reviewing the benefits provided to colleagues in Ireland. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with our outsourced payroll provided to ensure they receive the relevant information in a timely manner.



This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to build a new role and support the business with its growth in Ireland.



Permanent, Full-time 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday Salary up to 28,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:



Enhanced Reporting Requirements + Reviewing expense claims for items which need reporting by our outsourced payroll provider
+ Analyse expenses into relevant reporting buckets to ensure compliance
+ Submit ERR forms to Mazars weekly for all Ireland entities to ensure prompt payment



Regular Review of all benefits provided to Colleagues in Ireland + Sending information requests to BDDs in Ireland on a quarterly basis and review responses for any reportable benefits

Any other task, consistent with the position of Ireland-specific Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, as required by the Head of Payroll.


Please note - no prior experience or Ireland-specific knowledge is expected as full training and support will be provided to the successful individual.

Skills / Qualifications:





Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels. Able to prioritise work based on deadlines and importance. A proven problem solver - proactive in identifying business/financial issues, recommending solutions and in implementing agreed recommendations. Attention to detail in all aspects of role - consistently produces work to the highest standard.
