We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly accurate administrator to provide comprehensive support for the Finance department.
ROLE
You will be responsible for providing vital support to the Finance team with the efficient and effective administration of the Payroll function, including upkeep of the time & attendance system and carrying out administrative duties.
You will assist in the efficient and effective processing of financial information in line with the finance calendar, and be able to successfully support the cash banking process.
KEY TASKS
Processing payroll documentation, including but not limited to, holiday requests, new starter forms and leavers.
Monitor and manage the time & attendance system, ensuring details are accurate.
Issuing & monitoring weekly payroll hours.
Processing any adjustments required within the time & attendance system.
Process any new starter forms including creating & issuing the relevant documentation.
Support in the daily cash banking for various areas of the business.
Assisting and supporting the finance department with any financial processes in line with the finance calendar.
Liaising and co ordinating with colleagues in various departments as necessary.

DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE SPECIFIC TO THE ROLE
Previous experience in a high volume data input position within a finance department role.
Payroll experience is required
Understanding of the housebuilding and/or construction industry (desirable) and hospitality industry (desirable)
CIS and IR35 knowledge is ideal
Use of SAGE 50 and SAGE payroll is preferable
Intermediate to advanced level of Excel
Sound knowledge and use of Word
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 15,240.00 per year
