Responsibilities



Preparing payroll from wages sheets provided using Sage Payroll system. Companying secretary services including processing new customer applications, engagement letters, etc. Helping with Book-keeping Collaborate with the team in a positive and enthusiastic manner. Providing great customer service to build trust, rapport, and a strong relationship with your portfolio. using appropriate software to produce correspondence, memoranda, reports, presentations and other documents from drafts, handwritten copies or by transcribing dictation. Filing and retrieving documents, setting up and maintaining filing systems and reproducing copies of documentation as required. arranging meetings, circulating agendas and other meeting documents, attending meetings, and taking and preparing minutes. Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by Management.

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience



Minimum Bachelor's Degree Excellent command of

Mandarin

and

English.

Speaking/ writing in simplified Chinese is essential. Competent numerical and IT skills Confident and with excellent communication skills for client interaction and engagement (Email, Phone, and face-to-face). Works well in a team as well as independently. Excellent verbal and writing skills. Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent multi-tasking ability.

Desirable skills, knowledge, and experience



Degree in Accountancy / Finance is preferred. Prior knowledge of Sage.
