Payroll Assistant
to ensure accurate and timely payroll process.
What You'll Do
Assisting with the end-to-end payroll process using Miracle Pay
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll-related queries
Auditing and checking private mileage, overtime, and lodge payment
Processing documentation such as P45s, P60s, P11Ds and supporting the year-end process
Handling statutory payments (SMP, SSP, SPP) and pension contributions
Managing Attachment of Earnings and other deductions
Staying up to date with payroll legislation
Supporting on various payroll-related projects and administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
Experience in a similar role
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
