Payroll Assistant

to join our friendly and forward thinking team in our freshly refurbished offices in Eagle Court,

Sheldon, Birmingham (B26).

Monday to Friday

- shifts between 08:30 - 17:00 No weekend work Hybrid working options

As a

Payroll Assistant

you will deliver the

administration of all payroll activities

ensuring completion is on time and accurate whilst

maintaining compliance with internal and statutory requirements.

Our Payroll Assistants are responsible for ensuring a timely, efficient and accurate payroll process is completed and for

supporting the business functions

and teams with

pay related queries through to resolution.

We are looking for excellent communicators who can also support answer employee queries related to payroll.

Payroll Assistant - Experience & Attributes:

Experience within full payroll lifecycle Knowledge of statutory deadline and relevant regulation Previous experience managing Compliance with all statutory regulations relevant to payroll Maintaining strong partnerships with all stakeholders to provide quality, efficient and customer focused payroll services Highly customer focused with a solution-oriented mindset Comfortable working to deadlines whilst maintaining exceptional accuracy and diligence Previous HR experience would be an advantage
