Thera Trust has a new opportunity for a Payroll Assistant, to join our team on a full-time basis for a six month temporary contract.
About The Role
The payroll assistant will provide advice and support to managers and staff on matters relating to pay, terms and conditions of service, payroll policies and procedures and basic principles of employment law. The Payroll Assistant will need to provide high quality support to the Senior Payroll Team, including dealing with enquiries from employees and external third parties as well as working closely with Human Resources in relation to payroll and pension matters.
Your Skills and Experience
Must have experience working within a payroll team
Be confident working under pressure
Understand the high level of accuracy and attention to detail required for the role
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be IT literate specifically proficiency in Excel highly desired
Be able to interpret complex written and numerical information and summarise in a way that is easily accessible
