Role Overview:
We're looking for an organised, reliable and detail-focused
Payroll & Book Keeping Administrator
to join our team. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of our office and ensuring our payroll, book keeping and admin processes run smoothly.
You'll be hands-on with a bit of everything - from payroll, banking, filing and processing paperwork and keeping our admin in order. If you love ticking things off your list and keeping things running behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using a payroll system
Maintain payroll records and handle employee queries
Manage daily banking and reconcile payments
General filing and record-keeping
Support with invoices, expenses and other paperwork
Assist with general office administration
Keep HR files up to date and confidential
Support the wider team with ad-hoc admin tasks as and when needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in payroll, bookkeeping and general office admin
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
Good with numbers and comfortable with basic financial tasks
Confident using computers, email and spreadsheets
A team player with a can-do attitude -- willing to muck in wherever needed!
