- Responsible for extracting, analysing and producing calculations in line with current legislation
- Identifying any anomalies or discrepancies with the data
- Compile an audit trail for the analysis and any payment values
- Escalate any issues as they arise
- Commitment to delivering accurate & reliable information to the business
- Proven expertise in Payroll Legislative knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of excel inc Pivot Tables/Vlook-ups
- CIPP Diploma Qualified (minimum)
- A problem solver who can deal with large raw data sets and using legislation produce accurate and reliable information to the business
- Self-Motivated \xe2\x80\x93 able to work independently as well as part of a team when required.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in SAP Payroll functionality and reporting
