We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Delivery Coordinator to support the payroll function within ISS UK by providing system administration support and managing the day-to-day administrative activities of the central payroll team.
In this role, you will ensure the timely and accurate completion of requests from the business, facilitating the smooth and efficient processing of the Fortnightly payroll.
Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring that all payroll-related activities are handled with precision, contributing to the overall success of the payroll function.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a high-quality employee experience by submitting new starter details in the bespoke payroll system.
Support the Central Payroll team with the mobilisation of new TUPE contracts.
Administer group mailboxes, ensuring timely handling of amendments and queries.
Process employee payments, overpayments, and CHAPS recoveries as authorised.
Assist the business in meeting compliance controls and gathering data for annual internal and external audits, ensuring GDPR compliance.
Process fortnightly sick logs and bonus payments.
Authorise payroll on a fortnightly basis.
Support the Payroll Delivery Team Leader with ad hoc duties during key payroll periods.
Deliver a high-quality payroll customer service experience.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Passionate and skilled in delivering first-class, professional customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Proficient in IT, including Excel and Outlook, with confidence in handling and working with data.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable, offering full support to the team.
Knowledgeable in GDPR and Data Subject Access Requests.
Capable of developing and maintaining strong working relationships within the team and with internal stakeholders.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.
