We are looking for a Payroll Delivery Coordinator (Healthcare) to join our payroll team at ISS UK.
In this role, you will support the smooth running of the fortnightly payroll by handling day-to-day payroll administration, including accurate manual data entry and input control checks.
Attention to detail is essential, as you'll be responsible for rekeying information accurately to ensure payroll runs without errors.
You'll work as part of an eight-person team based in the Bolton office, with flexible working arrangements including three days in the office and two days working from home.

Key Responsibilities
Input starters, leavers, and changes into payroll via Time & Attendance
Conduct validation checks on all input data
Administer manual hourly timesheet inputs and additional hours
Record absence data for hourly employees
Support Payroll Delivery Manager during critical payroll periods
Deliver high-quality payroll customer service
Process seasonal adjustments and Agenda for Change terms accurately
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Passion for delivering professional, first-class customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in IT, including Excel and Outlook, confident with data handling
Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Flexible and adaptable to support the team fully
Awareness of data privacy and secure handling of employee information
