The Payroll Delivery Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the payroll function within ISS UK by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll data.

This role is primarily responsible for the day-to-day administration and input of payroll information for the fortnightly payroll cycle, as well as conducting associated control checks to ensure data integrity and compliance.
You will work closely with the wider payroll team to ensure that employee pay is processed correctly and on time, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and validate payroll data, including starters, leavers, and changes
Process hourly timesheets and seasonal pay adjustments
Ensure compliance with Agenda for Change (AfC) terms and conditions
Carry out input control checks to maintain data integrity
Support payroll processes during peak and critical periods
Respond to payroll queries, delivering high-quality customer service
Assist with additional payroll-related tasks as required

Strong communication and IT skills (Excel and Outlook)

Knowledge of payroll compliance and data privacy
