Lead and manage all payroll operations for our diverse portfolio of clients. Ensure 100% compliance with current payroll legislation and regulations. Be the go-to expert on pensions, benefits, and statutory pay. Collaborate with accountants, clients, and team members to troubleshoot and streamline processes.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in payroll management (in practice or in-house). A champion of accuracy, deadlines, and data protection. Familiarity with software like BrightPay & Xero. Strong communication skills - you'll be client-facing and team-shaping. Someone who's hungry to grow with us and bring energy to every challenge.
