KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with our public sector client in their search for a Payroll Supervisor.
This is a key role responsible for overseeing the organisation's payroll and pension functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The successful candidate will also provide expert guidance to staff at all levels on payroll and pension-related matters, acting as a trusted advisor across the business.
They are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and who is committed to providing an outstanding level of customer service. The role will involve liaising with staff and providing information, advice and guidance. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate confidence in managing the end-to-end payroll process independently and the ability to resolve queries in a timely and accurate manner.
Hours 33 per week - salary up to 30k pro rata
