- PCB CAM Engineer / Technical Sales Assistant

Newbury Electronics Ltd has been established since 1956. We manufacture printed circuit boards (PCB) in low to medium volumes to a wide market place.

We are currently looking for a qualified CAM Engineer / Technical Sales Assistant, to use customer data and specifications to be able to provide accurate quotes to our customers and manufacturing package to our production teams.

CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) technicians are valued & respected members of our team. They are the essential technical link between clients and production. The CAM department is responsible for checking client data and liaising directly with clients. We use computer aided manufacturing software and work to international standards, you will support in resolving issues concerning the quality of our PCBs and customer queries at both the initial quoting stage & manufacturing process.

Key Tasks:

Checking of technical data and creation of quotes using pre-production software & ERP system Liaise with customers and suppliers by email and phone Using computer tools to produce printed circuit board manufacturing information from customer supplied information. Maintenance of customer records and information. Attention to detail & accurate data entry Skilled administration and organised methodical work ethic.

Salary: From 25,000 - per annum dependant on experience

Schedule:

8-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime
