Job Overview



We are looking for an experienced Medical Administrator to provide efficient and comprehensive project and administrative support to the practices and PCN.

Responsibilities



Understanding of QOF, Investment & Impact Fund, Enhanced Service targets, PCN DES, EPC & C&A. Assist in achieving targets across all registers and contacts to reach trajectory as collectively agreed. Be involved in identifying creating and running ad-hoc searches that are not compiled by external means, assessing and analysing questionnaires, reports and spreadsheets and taking appropriate actions Knowledge of national and local quality standards for chronic disease management and complete understating of all service specifications Understanding and managing dashboards Work alongside surgery GP's and PM's to ensure robust recall processes are in place. Assist doctors/managers with administration services and projects. Recall patients, organise appointments. Sending Questionnaires, Floreys and templates to patients via Accurx To provide efficient and comprehensive project and administrative support to the practices and PCN Coordinating with other primary and secondary healthcare services, ICB's INT's as appropriate Ensure that Saturday & Week Day Enhanced Access Sessions are fully utilised and practices are fulfilling the contract requirements General admin support to CEO & Clinical Director (if required) Taking comprehensive notes, record meetings and draft all PCN meetings minutes Assist with Managing the Access Plan and Contract and in particular running the monthly clinical time audits Be involved in & coordinate local & national research programmes hosted by universities & / or private companies Support PCN Management with the PCN PPG (Patient Participation Group) - liaise with patients and help arrange meetings and draft minutes Other adhoc duties which may vary from time to time without changing the general character of the post or the level of responsibility

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
