Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ped Crane Operator to join our team, responsible for operating various types of cranes in construction, The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in materials handling, with the ability to work safely and efficiently in a dynamic environment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects, ensuring the safe movement of materials and equipment across site.

Site hours, Start work for 8am usually off site by 4:30 pm

Duties

Operate cranes safely and efficiently, Conduct pre-operational inspections to ensure crane safety and functionality. Load and unload materials from lorries, storage areas with precision and care. Coordinate with crane supervisor and other team members to execute lifts to lift plan, Maintain accurate records of lifts performed and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel on site.

Skills

Proven experience operating cranes in construction, Strong mechanical knowledge related to crane operation and maintenance. Valid CPCS CARD, Good understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites and industrial environments. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of safety and precision. This position requires a dedicated professional capable of managing complex lifting tasks while adhering strictly to safety standards.
