We are looking for a Pensions Client Coordinator to join our Pensions Team. In this role, you will manage a small portfolio of clients, building strong relationships while supporting the wider team with administrative tasks. You'll co-ordinate client service, ensure client records are accurate, and maintain information on our systems efficiently and consistently.
This is a varied role with a mix of client-facing responsibilities and structured administration, making it ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working within clear processes. Experience with SIPP and SSAS administration would be advantageous, but enthusiasm to learn and follow procedures carefully are the most important qualities.
This is a full-time role with flexible working options, and we are happy to consider part-time applications.
