We're looking for a proactive and organised People Administrator to join our busy, friendly & professional People team at Glasgow Clyde College.
Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for general People (HR) enquiries and requests for information by managers and staff.
Provide people-centred recruitment administration.
Liaise with payroll on onboarding, organisational changes, absence, leavers and general payroll amendments.
Support formal and informal meetings through accurate note-taking.
Requirements:
Significant administrator experience, including data processing.
SCQF level 7 (HNC in HR, Business Administration or similar) or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Evidence of continuing professional development.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Strong IT skills.
Experience using HR systems or databases.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

29,635 per annum.

Mixture of hybrid (working from home) and on site at Cardonald Campus
