Are you a HR administrator with a passion for improving processes and supporting people systems? Seashell Trust is looking for a People Administrator to join our HR and Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our HR systems, ensuring they deliver effectively across the full employee lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing in the Role
As a
People Systems Administrator
, you'll be responsible for:
Acting as the first point of contact for HR system queries and troubleshooting.
Supporting system configuration, maintenance, and workflow updates.
Liaising with external system providers (e.g. Zellis, Cornerstone) for unresolved issues.
Delivering "train the trainer" sessions following system training.
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data compliance.
Supporting the administration of the full employee lifecycle across HR, L&D, and Talent.
Producing regular HR reports and supporting audits and quality assurance.
Contributing to HRD projects and championing continuous improvement in system use.
Experience Required
We're looking for someone with:
Experience in an office-based administrative role.
Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience maintaining system integrity and configuration.
GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above).
Desirable experience includes:
Working in an HR or Learning & Development environment.
CIPD Level 3 qualification or safeguarding training.
