The Opportunity

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about supporting people? Join our friendly People Team at Walkers Deli & Sausage Co., where you'll play a key role in providing exceptional HR administration and supporting our entire employee lifecycle.



Be the first point of contact for people queries across the business Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee contract changes Maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring GDPR compliance Help coordinate leave processes (maternity/paternity, sickness, flexible working) Assist in recruitment administration and issuing contracts Keep our organisational chart and people data up to date

The Ideal Candidate

Previous HR admin experience, ideally in FMCG CIPD Level 3 or working towards it A proactive and confidential approach with excellent organisational skills Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure Experience using People HR or similar systems is a plus
