We're looking for a People Administrator to join our People team!




As a People Administrator, You will be a key point of contact for our colleagues, supporting the People Services Team with the end-to-end joiner, mover and leaver process. This includes processing all transactions within our people system, producing required paperwork and full ownership of the people services mailbox. You will ensure that all administrative tasks for the people services team is completed in an efficient way and is right first time.





What will you do as a People Administrator at N Brown?




Ensuring all offers of new starters are onboarded in a timely manner, including producing relevant pre-employment documentation including contracts of employment.

Co-ordinating pre-employment and induction processes, including background checks, new starter health questionnaires and IT/Equipment processes, liaising with hiring managers and relevant departments to ensure a seamless day one experience for the new starter

Facilitation of new starter induction training.

Process all changes in the system for colleagues in timely manner, and in line with payroll processing deadlines. Ensuring that the correct documentation is produced and data in the system is kept accurate and up to date.

Off boarding of all leavers in the system ensuring that all relevant accounts are closed in line with company policy & procedure and relevant data retention policies are adhered to.

Colleague benefits administration

Take responsibility for all colleague's files to ensure that they are kept up to date and all relevant paperwork is stored on our HR System, also making sure that any leavers are archived as appropriate.

Responding to general HR queries that come into the shared mailbox, including employment reference requests.

Support the wider People & Sustainability Domain with any queries or project work that is required

Taking notes in meetings as required

Provide relevant data to Payroll Team, IT, Operational teams etc as requested In line with GDPR and information Security Policies

Contributing to the continuous improvement of people policies, processes and tools, and enabling manager and employee self-service where appropriate




What skills and experience will you bring?




*Good time management skills


Ability to prioritise workload including competing demands

Basic knowledge of Microsoft office- Excel etc

Good organisational skills

Good problem-solving skills

A keen interest in HR Operations would be fantastic!
