You will spend your time supporting our colleagues, advising on a wide range of employment relations matters, together with contributing to our people driven strategy and providing vital input to our overall colleague and customer experience.

A 37-hour working week with hybrid working options

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate:
CIPD qualification
3 years minimum solid demonstrable advisor experience ideally in a fast paced environment
Excellent employment Law knowledge
Understands the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion and demonstrates this by treating colleagues and customers fairly and equitably
Housing sector knowledge is not essential but could be advantageous to this role
