Culture Administrator

to help bring our internal communications and employee engagement to life at The Outdoors Group.

In this exciting and varied role, you'll support the planning and delivery of engaging internal communications, help promote our employer brand, and play a key part in strengthening the sense of community across our growing team. From managing newsletters and intranet content to coordinating campaigns and internal events, you'll ensure our messaging is clear, inspiring, and aligned with our values.

Your key responsibilities will include:



Supporting the rollout of internal communications plans and campaigns Managing internal emails, newsletters, and intranet content Collaborating on multi-platform marketing campaigns with our digital team Supporting company-wide events such as Company Day and staff engagement activities Helping communicate our Employee Value Proposition in recruitment content and outreach Assisting in the creation of digital content (social media, email, landing pages, etc.) Tracking campaign performance and contributing to continuous improvement

We'd love to hear from you if you have:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair Experience in internal comms, marketing, or content creation roles Confidence using tools like WordPress, Mailchimp, and Canva Strong organisational and time management skills A proactive, collaborative approach and a drive to improve how things are done Enthusiasm for promoting inclusion, staff wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture

Desirable (but not essential):



Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, or paid social campaigns Experience with podcast or video content creation Understanding of employer branding and staff engagement strategies
