Summary:
We are a small HR team with a big vision of ensuring Cybit continues to be a great place to work and this new role will play a part in that.

have a degree in HR/Business or the likes, or similar skills and experience, for example has worked in HR administration/coordinator roles or managed people and is itching to spread their wings.

can retain knowledge so down the line you can impart advice in HR policies, practices, benefits and initiatives.

Own the joiners, movers and leavers process
Supporting managers in the end to end recruitment process
Maintain and manage company benefits
Collaborate with innovative ideas to support a great culture and be involved in the roll-out of new initiatives
Update employee records whilst maintaining confidence and accuracy
Coordinating our development programs
