The successful candidate will:
Provide a professional, high quality, timely, confidential, customer focused service to key stakeholders, job applicants and colleagues throughout our multi-academy trust Support all settings by managing administration for the employee life cycle in line with statutory processes. Ensuring that above all staff records are kept confidentially, accurately and agreed policies and procedures are implemented consistently Support operational teams with people processes and procedures which are to the highest level of compliance, all activity is streamlined and adds value and support is provided across the team

Essential
Strong administration skills including good attention to detail Desire to continue or start a career in HR Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work as part of a team

Desirable
Experience of working with HR Information Systems CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience
