We're looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join our team in, Kings Hill, UK.
Westfalia Fruit is seeking a part-time (25hrs) People & Culture Administrator to join our Head Office in Kings Hill, Kent, who will be responsible for supporting on a range of People and culture administrative services that align with the company's global and local, strategic objectives.
Responsibilities include:
Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring full compliance with policies and regulations.
Prepare and process contracts, payroll documentation, benefits, and employee communications.
Support payroll operations by liaising with managers, handling queries, and investigating payment issues.
Assist the HR management team with employee inquiries and general engagement activities.
Generate insightful HR reports and analyze workforce metrics, including diversity and inclusion data.
Collaborate in the implementation and ongoing support of new ERP and People & Culture systems.
Partner with people managers and payroll to confirm accurate payroll data and compliance.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and organizational initiatives.
Ensure adherence to employment laws and workplace health and safety regulations locally and globally.
Requirements
Experience we look for:
Essential
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail is essential.
Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel is required.
Experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
Desirable
Experience within FMCG/food production produce/manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in using HR software.
An understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
