Hybrid (at least two days a week in our Westbury office)

Up to 30,000pa (depending on experience)

Mon - Fri - 40 hours. 9am - 5.30pm. Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing



Bring Our Culture to Life


Champion our values of being Rewarding, Reliable and Respectful and help embed them into daily life through internal communications and events which engage our brilliant team.

Own Internal Communications


Create and lead our internal communications strategy (including wellbeing and DEI&B) for all our business. Craft engaging messages, bulletins, magazines videos, and intranet content that keep our people informed, inspired, and aligned. In fact you will lead the way with our new intranet launch!

Drive Employee Engagement


Lead on feedback initiatives like pulse surveys, the Great Place to Work survey and engagement campaigns, turning insight into action by visiting sites and holding team meetings. Utilising and translating data to support the best initiatives throughout the business.

Support Leadership Comms


Work closely with leadership to shape transparent and authentic communications -- especially during moments of change.

Lead Cultural Moments


Plan and execute impactful events and recognition programmes--from our apprentice induction to our annual company awards, long service lunches to fruit deliveries!

People relations support


Our people team encompassed internal communications, L&D, charities, employee lifecycle and employee relations and your role will support in all these areas, so the breadth of exposure and variety of role means this is really an exciting position! This role supports the people team (HR) function by contributing to key employee relations activities, including drafting contracts and updates, assisting with ER processes, and handling day-to-day employee enquiries. This position plays a vital role in aligning internal communications and engagement with people processes, helping to foster a positive workplace culture built on trust, clarity, and collaboration.

Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role:

Strong experience in culture and internal communications

- 3+ years' experience in internal comms, employer brand, HR, and/or employee engagement roles

A confident influencer

- this role is not behind the scenes. You will be a go to person in the business for enquiries from our team, will visit sites regularly and will represent the business

Commercial mindset

- what we do should align with our business objectives and ambitions

Creativity

- A natural storyteller who can translate strategy into clear, human messages. Comfortable with tools like Canva, SharePoint, Campaign Monitor, or similar

Excellent project management skills

--you can juggle multiple campaigns and still meet deadlines
