About the role - DFYNE Your Career
First off, it's best I introduce myself (person behind the keyboard here), it's not the norm on a job role spec, but I feel it's important you get introduced to who you may be working with for a long time early on. I'm Jen and I head up the People and Culture team here at DFYNE, I'm looking for someone who's going to help me make sure that our teams are exceptionally well supported and that everyone who comes into the business feels incredible about working here!
We're looking for someone who can take some of the weight in terms of advising and guiding our amazing team leads and heads of by providing first line HR advice, taking the lead on employee relations, supporting employee lifecycle process and also providing advice to the recruitment and onboarding team around legislation if needed.
The culture here at DFYNE is something we're proud of, so you'll need to come in and fully get under the skin of the culture and essence of DFYNE. I need you to understand that what's worked for you in previous places probably won't work here! We want you to bring your knowledge and insight, but the rest, you'll need to re-learn from scratch and adapt to the way we do things. Ultimately, I need to be able to 100% trust that our culture is safe through the way you handle things and that will take a little bit of time.
