An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and organised professional to join The Bloomsbury as our

People & Culture Manager.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the People & Culture function and play a key role in promoting employee wellbeing and engagement.


The ideal candidate will possess solid HR knowledge and experience in a similar role. You will be highly skilled at multitasking, with strong organisational abilities, resourcefulness, and a genuine passion for Human Resources.


Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organisational skills, combined with a strategic mindset, are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the performance management system and processes Ensuring company policies comply with local employment laws Handling employee relations matters Setting and reviewing pay structures, employee benefits, and perks Managing employee sick leave, holidays, and personal time off Developing career paths and promotion plans Overseeing weekly and monthly payroll and controlling labour costs within budget Running day-to-day HR operations smoothly and efficiently Supporting management with performance reviews and succession planning
