Do you have a strong eye for detail and a passion for getting things right behind the scenes? In this essential role at our logistics site, you'll be part of the People & Culture team, delivering accurate and compliant HR services for a diverse workforce - from warehouse operatives to office-based leaders. You'll support the full employee lifecycle and help ensure all personnel processes run smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage company correspondence, including letters, emails, parcels, and documents
Ensure the correct flow of documentation and information among site employees and HR
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as requested by the Site Manager and HR team
Support HR department in ongoing administrative activities
Maintain an organised and efficient office environment

Requirements
Deliver end-to-end HR administration including contracts, changes, and offboarding
Maintain and update HR and payroll data in the company system (HRIS)
Organise and manage employee files and records in line with compliance standards
Monitor and document company benefits and entitlements
Prepare reports, KPIs and statistics for internal stakeholders and audits
Support the creation of internal guidelines and HR documentation
Act as a professional contact for employees on HR matters
