Are you a proactive and detail-oriented People professional looking to make an impact in a global environment?



We're seeking a People Generalist to join our team on an 8-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the People and Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and high-quality operational support across the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding through to development, engagement, and offboarding - with a particular focus on our operations in Poland. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and People Business Partners, you'll ensure employees and managers receive an exceptional level of support from onboarding to offboarding.



This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining service delivery with innovation. You'll play a key role in improving our processes, systems, and workflows, championing the use of digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and the employee experience. From managing data integrity and supporting recruitment activities to ensuring compliance with Polish employment law, you'll be at the heart of our People Operations, helping us drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Desirable skills:


Proven experience as a People/HR Generalist, ideally within an international organisation. Achieved or working towards professional HR qualification. Demonstrated experience managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance management and offboarding. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken). A continuous improvement mindset - curious about technology and eager to simplify processes through innovation. Understanding of Polish employment law, payroll, and compliance requirements.
