You'll be at the heart of our People function, providing first-rate advisory services across a wide spectrum-from case management and investigations to data insights, Occupational Health, and Wellbeing. You'll be the go-to expert for managers and employees, offering trusted advice, coaching, and guidance that ensures compliance and best practice while fostering a culture of care and excellence.


In this role, you will:


Be the first point of contact for all People-related matters, building trusted relationships across all levels.
Support the full employee lifecycle, from policy development to wellbeing initiatives.
Collaborate with the Employee Experience (HR) Business Partner to deliver impactful, mission-aligned HR solutions.
Help create the "magic" in our employee experience that mirrors the transformative impact we strive for in our schools.
