HR Business Administrator
to support our people operations.
The Role
As an
HR Business Administrator
, you'll work closely with the Head of People & Culture and other department heads to coordinate People, Training and generalist human resources duties, support employee lifecycle activities, and assist in day-to-day administration including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations . This role is perfect for someone who is interested in gaining experience and wants to make a real impact in a busy, fast-paced food business.
Key Responsibilities
Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
Maintain employee records, contracts, HR digital channels
Assist with payroll administration and liaise with payroll where needed.
Ensure compliance with food industry regulations and health & safety standards.
Coordinate internal communications and support employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare reports, track KPIs, and support audits or inspections for the People and Training initiatives.
Provide general administrative support across departments.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an HR or admin role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Confident with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
