What You'll Be Doing



Working closely with the Group People Director to bring our People strategy to life. Generalist HR activity throughout the employee lifecycle, predominantly at Brusco (Evesham) with regular support to Four Anjels (Cheltenham) and occasional in-person support at The Original Baker (North Yorkshire) and Karimix (Kent). Leading L&D and HR projects which make an impact on development, wellbeing, talent acquisition and engagement. Coaching managers to develop highly engaged, high performing teams. Supporting recruitment for a variety of roles. Delivering training sessions , liaising with external training providers and accessing L&D grants and funding. Embedding and supporting our performance review process. Acting as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, employment law and best practice. Working closely with the wider People team including coaching our People Advisors.

What You'll Bring



Proven experience as an HR generalist, including recruitment and L&D. Qualified to CIPD L5 or equivalent. Study support is available for progression. Experience in a fast paced, high growth SME is essential. Food manufacturing experience is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels. A proactive approach and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Ability to organise and prioritise workload in a busy, varied role. A dedication to employee engagement as a key driver of high performance. The drive to make a positive impact to team culture and business results.

Salary:

40 - 50K gross per annum (depending on skills and experience)

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, up to 2 days homeworking per week after initial training

Location:

Brusco Head Office in Offenham near Evesham (occasional travel to our other sites including Kent / Yorkshire / Cheltenham in line with business needs).

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
